Where do they ship to?

  • We ship to Montevideo and the interior of the country through selected transport companies. You can also choose to pick up your purchase at our branches in Montevideo or Maldonado.

Is the fish fresh or frozen?

  • We offer fresh and frozen fish, always with a quality guarantee.
  • On each product page you will clearly see the available presentation.

How to defrost fish?

  • The best way to defrost fish is to avoid abruptly breaking the cold chain; therefore, we recommend taking the piece from the freezer to the refrigerator and leaving it there for 24 hours. Once thawed, fish cannot be refrozen.

How are the products presented?

  • The products are presented in fillets, whole or in portions, depending on the type of fish. The weight may vary slightly depending on the piece.

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • Credit and debit cards accepted through Mercado Pago (no account required). Bank transfer.

How do I place an order?

  • Select the product, the quantity, and click on “Add to cart” or “Buy now”. Fill in your details and choose your delivery method. Complete your purchase by choosing your preferred payment method.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

  • Yes, provided it hasn't been dispatched. To do so, contact us immediately by phone or email.
