  • Valymar is a seafood processing plant that offers the sale of fresh and frozen fish through its e-commerce platform.
  • Product availability may vary depending on the season and stock.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices, descriptions, and sales conditions without prior notice.

2. Products

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Final weight may vary slightly depending on the piece.
  • Each product indicates its presentation (whole, filleted, portioned, etc.).
  • We guarantee quality, freshness, and proper cold-chain preservation until delivery.

3. Pricing and payments

  • All prices are expressed in Uruguayan pesos (UYU) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  • Available payment methods are shown at checkout (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other enabled methods).
  • Payment must be confirmed for the order to be processed.

4. Shipping and pickup

  • We ship to Montevideo and to other regions of the country through selected transport companies.
  • Customers may also choose to pick up their order at our branches in Montevideo or Maldonado.
  • Shipping costs and delivery times are provided at checkout.
  • Orders must be picked up during available hours and by presenting the order number.

5. Returns and claims

  • As these are food products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered, except for quality issues attributable to Valymar.
  • If you receive a product in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Proof (photo or return of the product) will be required to process the claim.

6. Privacy and personal data

  • Personal information provided will be used solely to process and manage purchases.
  • We do not share data with third parties, except with transport companies required for delivery.
  • Using our store implies acceptance of our privacy policy.
